In one country we may find nice coffee taste and differ from another country based on the origin region of the country produced. One region produced a special good taste from certain region and kept the taste stable, not change at all.
In Italy for instance, import Priangan coffee, West Java province, Indonesia, while Japan company had their own plantation in Central Sulawesi island and supply to Japan in a high price. Recently Helsinki, Finland enjoyed Sumatera Gayo coffee.
The quality of the coffee based on the climate, soil, height and the ripe of the harvest. So the taste kept the same as long as the producers kept the quality, harvest only the ripe fruits and check in the laboratory of the content as buyers asked for.
Some time one trader had 500 kilogram only the same quality, unable to supply one container, take time to join another traders to fill one 20 feet container to one port o destination.

You may knew Sumatera coffee, Java coffee, Sulawesi coffee, Ngada coffee, Bali coffee. And an island may produce several kind of coffee.
